These terms apply to purchases from and use of kreedcom.nl. The seller is Kreed, a Netherlands-based online retailer. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Products

We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings can affect colour and measurements can include reasonable tolerances. Supplier-listed characteristics are identified where appropriate. Contact us before ordering if a characteristic is essential.

Prices

Consumer prices are in euros and include applicable VAT where required. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Price reductions are presented under applicable transparency rules. An obvious technical or pricing error does not require supply at the incorrect price; affected orders will be explained and refunded.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Before fulfilment, an order may be rejected for legitimate reasons including suspected fraud, unavailable stock, payment failure, delivery restrictions or an obvious error. Any payment taken will be refunded.

Delivery

See Shipping & Delivery. Third-party fulfilment partners and carriers may be used. Risk normally transfers when the consumer or nominated recipient receives the product.

Withdrawal and returns

Eligible consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Kreed also offers a 30-day commercial return-request window under Returns, Refunds & Withdrawal. Use the online cancellation form.

Conformity

Products must conform to the agreement. Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are not limited.

Website use and intellectual property

Use the website only for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with security, misuse accounts, submit unlawful content or falsely suggest association with Kreed. The Website Licence and Intellectual Property Notice applies.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory protections, Kreed is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that result from unlawful or improper product use.

Complaints and law

Email info@kreedcom.nl with relevant details. Dutch law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
