This notice explains how Kreed, a Netherlands-based online retailer, processes personal data when you use kreedcom.nl, place an order or contact us. Kreed is the data controller. Contact: info@kreedcom.nl.
Data processed
- Identity and contact data;
- Order, payment, return and support information;
- Account data, if an account is created;
- Technical and usage data, including IP address, device, browser and cookie identifiers;
- Information included in messages, reviews or cancellation requests.
Complete payment-card numbers are processed by Shopify and the selected payment provider and are not received by Kreed.
Purposes and legal bases
- Contract: payments, fulfilment, delivery, returns and support;
- Legal obligation: tax records, consumer rights and lawful requests;
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service improvement and legal claims;
- Consent: optional marketing and non-essential cookies where required.
Recipients
Data is shared as necessary with Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment partners, suppliers, carriers, IT providers, advisers and public authorities where legally required.
International transfers
Providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard.
Retention
Order and accounting records are kept for legally required periods. Other data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, obligations or claims.
Cookies
Necessary cookies support checkout, security and core functions. Optional analytics, personalisation or advertising cookies are used according to applicable consent requirements. Choices can be changed through the cookie-preference tool.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Email us to exercise a right. Identity verification may be required.
Complaints
You may contact Kreed and may also complain to Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or another competent supervisory authority.
