Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing is separate from delivery time.

Fulfilment location

Kreed uses third-party fulfilment partners. Some products may be dispatched directly from outside the European Union, including China. Separate products can arrive in different parcels.

Estimated delivery

Netherlands: approximately 5–10 business days after processing
Other supported European destinations: approximately 5–12 business days after processing
Other supported international destinations: approximately 7–15 business days after processing

Estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier disruption, holidays or incorrect address information can cause delays.

Tracking

When available, tracking is emailed after dispatch and can take a short time to update after the first carrier scan.

Charges, taxes and customs

Shipping charges are shown before payment. For destinations outside the EU, local duties, import taxes or handling charges may apply. Unless checkout states they are prepaid, the recipient is responsible.
