Returns, Refunds & Withdrawal

This page explains Kreed's commercial return process and your statutory rights. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights under Dutch or EU law.
14-day statutory right of withdrawal
For eligible online purchases, consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after the day the product is received. Use our online cancellation form or email an unambiguous statement to info@kreedcom.nl. Keep proof of submission.
After notifying us, return the product within 14 days. We will provide the applicable Netherlands return instructions. Do not send a return to the supplier or to an address printed on the parcel without our confirmation.
30-day commercial return window
Kreed also accepts return requests made within 30 days after delivery, subject to these conditions. For this additional window, return the product complete, with accessories and original packaging, and without use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it. A deduction may apply for reduced value caused by excessive handling.
Return shipping
The customer bears the direct cost of a change-of-mind return unless agreed otherwise. Kreed covers reasonable return costs when an item is defective, damaged on arrival or materially different from the order.
Refunds
For a valid statutory withdrawal, we refund the product price and the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. The refund is processed within 14 days after withdrawal notice, but may be withheld until the product or proof of return is received. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. Prompt reporting helps our investigation and does not remove statutory guarantee rights.
Statutory guarantee
Products must conform to the agreement. Consumers may have rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund when a product is defective or non-conforming.
